1. Außenplatzbuchungen
1.1 Tennisplatz-Ordnung (Außenplätze)
- Tennisplatz nur mit Tennisschuhen und Sportbekleidung betreten.
- Der Platz muss freigegeben und bespielbar sein.
- Nicht bei Regen spielen und wenn Pfützen auf den Plätzen stehen.
- Platzbelegungszeiten einhalten (inkl. Scharrieren, Abziehen usw.).
- Platz nach dem Spielen scharrieren, abziehen, Linien säubern. Plätze so verlassen, wie ihr sie vorfinden wollt.
- Bei Trockenheit Plätze vor dem Spielen ganzflächig beregnen.
- Auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit achten.
- Respektvolles Miteinander und „FairPlay“.
1.2 Buchungsregeln Außenplätze (Mitglieder)
- Buchungssystem
Außenplätze werden ausschließlich online über eBuSy (treptower-teufel.ebusy.de) gebucht. - Mitspieler angeben
Bei jeder Buchung muss ein Mitspieler eingetragen werden. Man kann sich nicht selbst als Mitspieler auswählen. - Kostenfreie Buchung nur für Mitglieder
Kostenfreie Außenplatzbuchungen sind nur möglich, wenn sowohl Buchende:r als auch Mitspieler:in Mitglied sind und in eBuSy als Mitglied freigeschaltet wurden. - Primetime / Nebenzeit
- Primetime:
- Mo–Do: 17:00–20:00 Uhr
- Fr: 17:00–19:00 Uhr
- Nebenzeit: alle anderen Zeiten.
- Primetime:
- Primetime nur für Mitglieder
In der Primetime sind Außenplätze ausschließlich für Mitglieder reserviert. - Maximale Anzahl von Buchungen
- Maximal eine Buchung pro Tag und Spieler:in (egal ob als Hauptbucher:in oder Mitspieler:in).
- Maximal vier aktive Buchungen gleichzeitig (inkl. zukünftiger Termine).
- Maximal drei aktive Primetime-Buchungen gleichzeitig.
- Buchungsdauer & Abstände
- Buchungsdauer nur 60 oder 90 Minuten.
- Zwischen zwei eigenen Buchungen muss mindestens 60 Minuten Abstand liegen – außer, wenn Buchungen direkt hintereinander stattfinden (0 Minuten Abstand ist dann erlaubt).
- Vorlaufzeiten
- Außenplätze können maximal ca. 8 Tage im Voraus gebucht werden.
1.3 Gastbuchungen Außenplätze
- Gast mit Mitglied
Mitglieder können mit nichtmitgliedern spielen, indem sie bei der Buchung „Gast“ als Mitspieler auswählen. - Zeiten für Gastbuchungen
Gastbuchungen (Mitglied + Gast) sind möglich:- am Wochenende ganztägig
- werktags bis 17:00 Uhr
- werktags wieder ab 20:00 Uhr
- Gebühr für Gastbuchungen
Die Platzmiete mit Gastspieler:in beträgt 15 € pro Stunde. Die Abrechnung erfolgt über das eBuSy-Konto des Mitglieds. - Vorlauf für Gastbuchungen
Gastbuchungen können maximal 2 Tage im Voraus vorgenommen werden, damit Mitglieder Vorrang haben. - Kein eigenes Konto nötig
Gastspieler:innen benötigen kein eigenes eBuSy-Konto, wenn ein Mitglied bucht.
1.4 Freies Spiel & Buchungsverfall
- Freier Platz, freies Spiel
Nicht gebuchte Außenplätze dürfen von Mitgliedern jederzeit spontan genutzt werden – die oben genannten Buchungsregeln gelten dann nicht. Insbesondere tagsüber sind häufig Plätze frei. - Buchungsverfall
Das Anrecht auf einen gebuchten Platz verfällt, wenn 10 Minuten nach Buchungsbeginn noch kein:e Spieler:in der Buchung auf dem Platz ist. Der Platz kann dann von anderen Mitgliedern ohne Buchung genutzt werden. - Storno-Etikette & Sanktionen
Mitglieder sollen Buchungen wahrnehmen oder, wenn absehbar, mindestens 24 Stunden vorher stornieren, um anderen das Spielen zu ermöglichen. Wer wiederholt Buchungen verfallen lässt, muss mit Einschränkungen der Buchungsrechte rechnen.
2. Hallenplatzbuchungen
Grundlage sind die „Nutzungsbedingungen Tennishalle“ (gültig ab 01.11.2025) sowie die Buchungsregeln für die Hallenplätze.
2.1 Zutritt & Berechtigung
- Die Tennishalle darf nur von berechtigten Personen betreten werden: spielberechtigte Mitglieder, Gäste mit gültiger Platzbuchung, Vereinstrainer, Platzwart, benannte Techniker (Wartung) sowie Tennisspielende im Rahmen von Wettbewerben.
- Allen anderen Personen ist der Zutritt grundsätzlich untersagt. Zuwiderhandlungen können als Hausfriedensbruch geahndet werden.
2.2 Platzbuchung & Zahlung
- Buchungspflicht
Jeder genutzte Court in der Halle muss vorab über das eBuSy-Buchungssystem gebucht werden. Ausnahmen gelten nur für Wettkämpfe und die Nutzung durch Vereinstrainer im Rahmen des Trainingsbetriebs. - Buchungssystem / Konto
- Buchung ausschließlich online über treptower-teufel.ebusy.de.
- Jedes Konto wird zunächst als Gast-Konto freigeschaltet; Mitglieder lassen ihr Konto per Mail an kontakt@treptower-teufel.de als Mitgliedskonto umstellen.
- Buchungsdauer & Abstände
- Mindestbuchungsdauer: 60 Minuten.
- Nach oben besteht keine Begrenzung.
- Zwischen zwei Buchungen derselben Person muss mindestens 60 Minuten Abstand liegen – außer, wenn Buchungen direkt hintereinander stattfinden (0 Minuten Abstand ist dann erlaubt).
- Zahlung
- Einzelbuchungen in der Halle werden derzeit ausschließlich via PayPal bezahlt.
- Stornierung von Hallenbuchungen
- Storno bis 2 Tage vor Spielbeginn: voller Betrag wird als Guthaben in eBuSy gutgeschrieben (für zukünftige Buchungen nutzbar).
- Storno bis 1 Tag vor Spielbeginn: 50 % des Betrags werden als Guthaben gutgeschrieben.
- Spätere Stornierungen sind nicht möglich; eine Erstattung erfolgt dann nicht.
2.3 Zugang zur Halle & Court-Betritt
- Feste Halle (Hardcourt)
- Mit jeder Buchung erhältst du per E-Mail einen 5-stelligen Zugangscode.
- Der Code ist 15 Minuten vor Beginn bis 15 Minuten nach Ende der Buchung gültig.
- Der Code wird am Touchpad neben der Hallentür eingegeben; danach lässt sich die Tür öffnen.
- Traglufthalle (Sand)
- Zugang über die Drehtür; kein Code erforderlich.
- Schuhe & Bälle
- Courts dürfen nur mit geeigneten, sauberen Tennisschuhen betreten werden, die zum jeweiligen Belag passen (insbesondere Allcourt-/glatte Sohlen für Hardcourt; keine verschmutzten Sandplatzschuhe).
- Tennisbälle müssen sauber sein und dürfen insbesondere für Hardcourt nicht zuvor auf Sandplätzen genutzt worden sein.
- Belag-Schutz
- Mit dem Belag ist sorgsam umzugehen; grobe Beschädigungen des Hallenbodens können mit Geldbußen von bis zu 10.000 € geahndet werden.
2.4 Hallentechnik (Licht, Heizung, Brandmelder)
- Die Beleuchtung wird automatisch gesteuert:
- Mit Beginn der gebuchten Zeit schaltet sich das Licht auf dem gebuchten Court beim Betreten automatisch ein und mit Ende der Zeit automatisch wieder aus
- Manuelle Eingriffe in Beleuchtung oder Heizung sind nicht gestattet.
- Raffstores dürfen von den Nutzenden bei Bedarf bedient werden.
- Der Brandmelder ist ausschließlich im Brandfall oder bei begründetem Feuerverdacht zu nutzen; Missbrauch wird geahndet.
2.5 Vor Spielbeginn & nach Spielende
- Vor Spielbeginn
- Nutzer:innen prüfen ihren Court auf Schäden (Belag, Netz, Pfosten, Beleuchtung).
- Schäden sind unverzüglich zu melden – vor Ort (Platzwart/Trainer) oder per Mail mit kurzer Beschreibung und Foto an kontakt@treptower-teufel.de.
- Unterlassene Meldungen können zu Regressansprüchen führen, wenn später Schäden festgestellt werden.
- Nach Spielende
- In der Traglufthalle (Sand) sind die Plätze abzuziehen und die Linien zu reinigen.
- In der festen Halle (Hardcourt) ist ein Abziehen des Courts nicht nötig.
- Entstandene Schäden sind ebenfalls unverzüglich zu melden.
2.6 Verlassen der Halle
- Offene Fenster sind vor Verlassen der Halle zu schließen, sofern keine weiteren Nutzer:innen mehr auf den Plätzen sind.
- Beim Verlassen ist sicherzustellen, dass die Eingangstür ins Schloss fällt und von außen nicht mehr geöffnet werden kann.
2.7 Technische Störungen („Kein Spiel möglich“)
- Kann eine gültige Buchung aufgrund technischer Probleme auf Seiten des Vereins nicht genutzt werden (z. B. Zutritt funktioniert nicht, Licht bleibt aus), erstattet der Verein die Buchungsgebühr.
2.8 Verstöße & Sanktionen
- Mit der Buchung eines Courts bzw. dem Betreten der Tennishalle erkennen alle Nutzer:innen diese Nutzungsbedingungen an.
- Der Verein ist berechtigt, Buchungsdaten auszuwerten, um Verstöße gegen die Nutzungsbedingungen zu prüfen.
- Verstöße können zu:
- Spielverbot in der Tennishalle und
- Geldbußen von bis zu 10.000 € führen, insbesondere bei vorsätzlicher oder grob fahrlässiger Beschädigung des Belags oder der Hallentechnik.
1. Outdoor court bookings
1.1 Court rules (outdoor courts)
- Only enter the court wearing tennis shoes and sports clothing.
- The court must be released/open and playable.
- Do not play in the rain or when there are puddles on the courts.
- Observe the booked court times (including brushing/dragging the court, sweeping the lines, etc.).
- After playing, brush/drag the court and sweep the lines. Leave the courts as you would like to find them.
- In dry conditions, water the entire court area before playing.
- Keep the facility tidy and clean.
- Be respectful and play fair.
1.2 Outdoor court booking rules (members)
Booking system
- Outdoor courts are booked exclusively online via eBuSy (treptower-teufel.ebusy.de).
Entering a playing partner
- For each booking, a playing partner must be entered. You cannot select yourself as your own partner.
Free bookings only for members
- Outdoor courts can only be booked free of charge if both the person making the booking and the playing partner are club members and have been activated as members in eBuSy.
Prime time / off-peak time
- Prime time:
- Mon–Thu: 17:00–20:00
- Fri: 17:00–19:00
- Off-peak time: all other times.
Prime time reserved for members only
- During prime time, outdoor courts are reserved exclusively for members.
Maximum number of bookings
- Maximum of one booking per day and per player (regardless of whether as main booker or playing partner).
- Maximum of four active bookings at the same time (including future bookings).
- Maximum of three active prime-time bookings at the same time.
Booking duration & spacing
- Bookings are only possible for 60 or 90 minutes.
- There must be at least 60 minutes between two of your own bookings – except where bookings are directly back-to-back (0 minutes gap is allowed in that case).
Lead times
- Outdoor courts can be booked up to approx. 8 days in advance.
1.3 Guest bookings (outdoor courts)
Guest with member
- Members can play with non-members by selecting “Guest” as the playing partner when booking.
Times for guest bookings
- Guest bookings (member + guest) are possible:
- all day at weekends
- on weekdays until 17:00
- on weekdays again from 20:00 onwards
Guest booking fee
- The court fee for play with a guest is €15 per hour. The amount is charged to the member’s eBuSy account.
Lead time for guest bookings
- Guest bookings can be made a maximum of 2 days in advance so that members have priority.
No separate account required
- Guest players do not need their own eBuSy account when a member makes the booking.
1.4 Free play & lapse of booking
Free court, free play
- Outdoor courts that are not booked may be used spontaneously by members at any time – the booking rules above then do not apply. Especially during the day, courts are often free.
Lapse of booking
- The right to a booked court lapses if, 10 minutes after the start of the booking, none of the players listed in the booking are on court. The court may then be used by other members without a booking.
Cancellation etiquette & sanctions
- Members are expected to honour their bookings or, if they cannot play, cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that others can use the slots. Members who repeatedly let bookings lapse may face restrictions on their booking rights.
2. Indoor court bookings
These rules are based on the “Indoor Tennis Hall Terms of Use” (valid from 01.11.2025) as well as the booking rules for the indoor courts.
2.1 Access & eligibility
- The indoor tennis hall may only be entered by authorised persons: members entitled to play, guests with a valid court booking, club coaches, groundskeeper, designated technicians (maintenance), and tennis players taking part in competitions.
- All other persons are generally prohibited from entering. Violations may be prosecuted as trespassing.
2.2 Court booking & payment
Booking requirement
- Every court used in the hall must be booked in advance via the eBuSy booking system. Exceptions apply only to competitions and use by club coaches as part of the club’s training programme.
Booking system / account
- Booking is only possible online via treptower-teufel.ebusy.de.
- Every account is initially activated as a guest account; members can have their account converted to a member account by emailing kontakt@treptower-teufel.de.
Booking duration & spacing
- Minimum booking duration: 60 minutes.
- There is no upper limit for the booking duration.
- There must be at least 60 minutes between two bookings by the same person – except when bookings are directly back-to-back (0 minutes gap is allowed in that case).
Payment
- One-off (single) bookings in the hall are currently paid exclusively via PayPal.
Cancellation of indoor bookings
- Cancellation up to 2 days before the start time: the full amount is credited as balance in eBuSy (can be used for future bookings).
- Cancellation up to 1 day before the start time: 50% of the amount is credited as balance.
- Later cancellations are not possible; no refund will be made.
2.3 Access to the hall & entering the court
Fixed hall (hard court)
- For each booking, you receive a 5-digit access code by email.
- The code is valid from 15 minutes before until 15 minutes after your booking time.
- The code is entered on the touchpad next to the hall door; afterwards the door can be opened.
Air dome (clay)
- Access is via the revolving door; no code is required.
Shoes & balls
- Courts may only be entered with suitable, clean tennis shoes appropriate for the respective surface (in particular all-court/flat soles for hard court; no dirty clay-court shoes).
- Tennis balls must be clean and, especially for hard court, must not have been used on clay courts beforehand.
Protecting the surface
- The surface must be treated with care; serious damage to the hall floor may result in fines of up to €10,000.
2.4 Hall technology (lighting, heating, fire alarm)
- The lighting is controlled automatically: at the start of your booked time, the light on your booked court switches on automatically when you enter, and at the end of your time it switches off again automatically.
- Manual interference with lighting or heating is not permitted.
- The blinds (raffstores) may be operated by users as needed.
- The fire alarm may only be activated in case of fire or justified suspicion of fire; misuse will be sanctioned.
2.5 Before and after play
Before play
- Users must check their court for damage (surface, net, posts, lighting).
- Any damage must be reported immediately – on site (groundskeeper/coach) or by email with a short description and photo to kontakt@treptower-teufel.de.
- Failure to report may result in liability claims if damage is discovered later.
After play
- In the air dome (clay), courts must be dragged and the lines cleaned.
- In the fixed hall (hard court), dragging the court is not necessary.
- Any damage that occurred must also be reported immediately.
2.6 Leaving the hall
- Any open windows must be closed before leaving the hall if no other users remain on the courts.
- When leaving, you must ensure that the entrance door closes properly and can no longer be opened from outside.
2.7 Technical faults (“No play possible”)
- If a valid booking cannot be used due to technical problems on the club’s side (e.g. access does not work, light remains off), the club will refund the booking fee.
2.8 Violations & sanctions
- By booking a court or entering the tennis hall, all users accept these terms of use.
- The club is entitled to evaluate booking data in order to check for violations of these terms of use.
- Violations may lead to a playing ban in the tennis hall and fines of up to €10,000, particularly in cases of intentional or grossly negligent damage to the surface or hall technology.
